John A. Trejo – Partner

John Trejo is co-founder and partner of Ethika Group. Before forming Ethika Group, LLC, John was a Regional Director within the largest medical recruiting firm in the nation. John oversees day to day operations of Ethika Group, while continuing to develop new ideas to benefit Ethika’s clients and Providers.
John’s passion for this industry, along with his relationships across the U.S., has allowed him to achieve an extraordinary number of placements in his time in the medical staffing industry. John’s client relationships range from national hospital systems to rural community hospitals and private practice facilities.
John has managed and developed numerous highly successful medical consultants, and developed new ideas to improve clients’ internal recruiting. Since establishing Ethika, John has maintained and implemented his vision of great relationships along with the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Before getting into the medical staffing industry, John spent 4 years as a successful Sales Consultant and Project Coordinator for 2 Dallas based companies.
John has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. John currently lives in Las Colinas with his wife Summer, son Cooper, and 2 dogs Zoey and Prince William.
Joel Maness – CRO

Joel Maness is the Chief Recruiting Officer for Ethika Group. Joel oversees and manages the Recruiting Department for Ethika Group to ensure that best practices and ethical solutions are always being implemented by Ethika Group’s recruiting team.
Joel began his career in the finance industry dealing with loan origination and debt management as well as client development. After leaving the finance industry, Joel worked as a Senior Recruiter and Director for some of the top staffing companies in the country, helping establish new market share while sourcing hundreds of new Healthcare Professionals.
Joel’s main goals have always been the relationships he builds with his candidates and clients and to continue to innovate new ways to meet their individual needs. Joel’s focus has been working with the individual to development a unique plan in order to meet a specific need in their career.
Joel has a bachelor’s degree in business from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX, and currently lives in Las Colinas, TX.
Don Dixon – Director of Marketing, Allied/Mid-Level

Don joined Ethika Group, LLC with a multifaceted sales background most recently spending the last 7 years in healthcare staffing with two of the largest staffing companies in the nation. Don oversees the development and growth of Ethika Group, LLC’s marketing department focusing on relationship building and development of new talent.
Through his hard work and upfront approach, Don has established numerous relationships across the country with hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living centers, which has allowed him to achieve a record number of placements of healthcare professionals. Don also works with State Hospital Associations to verify changes in policies and regulations in order to help hospitals recruit for permanent placement or cover positions on a temporary basis.
Don is also in charge of keeping up to date with the many state and local registries in order for Ethika Group, LLC to maintain compliance and in good standing with the many various registries. This enables Ethika Group, LLC to maintain the most opportunities for our healthcare professionals.
Don lives in Arlington with his wife Angela, and his menagerie of 3 dogs and 1 cat
